In the area of Vocational Training and Employment
Italia Uganda Foundation provides youths and adults with skills training so they can find employment and support themselves.
To achieve this goal the Foundation supports 14 workshops where workers acquire expertise that they can then take to the job market. The Foundation also employs these workers to carry out maintenance on its structures and construct new buildings, tapping into their skills and enabling them to contribute to the development of their community.
